- Take a taxi across the border to Hacienda Iguana
- Catch a “puddle-jumper” flight with Sansa to the Costa Esmeralda Airport

Checkout
Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. We realize that many clients have afternoon or evening flights or plan to go to a hotel in Managua. We make every effort to accommodate these situations and allow clients to use their room until their departure time. However, if there is another group coming into your room on your departure day, we need clients to have their belongings out of the residence by 10:00 a.m. so we can get it ready for the next guests. We tremendously appreciate your understanding and help with this.
Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days cancellation notice – full refund
- 30-59 days cancellation notice – cancellation fee 50% of rental rate.
- <30 days notice – no refund.
